Volicon today announced the appointment of Kelvin Ko as the company's new sales director for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Based in Hong Kong, Ko will be responsible for overseeing APAC sales strategy and implementation, as well as regional distribution for the full line of Volicon Observer(R) digital video monitoring and logging systems.

Ko, who holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. He will work out of offices in Kowloon.
