HowAudio's Apple Logic Training: The Score EditorScore Editor Overview
With the latest release of Logic, Apple has make some dramatic changes to Logic 8, their flagship audio editing software. The name of the software has always been somewhat of amisnomer in that Logic is not very logical. This version has done a lot to improve on that, yet it is still quite cumbersome to get up and running. We are here to help with that. In the first series of videos we will get you up and running quickly, with our quickSTART guide. After that, Patrick will guide you through the entire program, to familiarize you with the interface and how everything works. After watching the entire 13-hour tutorial you will have a strong working knowledge of Logic 8. Now go and make some great music.
In this clip, host Patrick Copeland takes a look at the Score Editor, gives you an overview and shows where everything is to get started with Score Editing. He details how to get to the Score Editor via Preferences and goes over the Drag and Drop options.
