Fuel50 Announces Winners of Its Inaugural Career Experience Conference & Awards

  • The company achieved increases in all key career and development-related survey items, including significant gains of three points or more in six out of the 12 related survey items.
  • Approximately 67 percent of the salaried employees have used the My Career Navigator tools and resources to help them with their career development
  • Overall engagement in pilot increased 5 percent, while in the rest of the business it was 2 percent
  • Meaningful conversations with my Leader improved 11 percent in pilot compared with 3 percent in the rest of the business

The event hosted presentations from esteemed executives at Gap Inc., eBay, Indeed and Mercer, as well as a keynote address from renowned thought-leader Josh Bersin, Principal and Founder, Bersin by Deloitte.
