NAPP Awards 25 Scholarships to Aspiring Design and Photography Students TAMPA, Fla. (Feb. 24, 2004) -- The National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) announced today that 25 top design and photography students have been awarded scholarships to the 2004 PhotoshopWorld Conference & Expo in San Francisco. The winners were chosen based on recommendations from educators at accredited learning institutions throughout the U.S. and Canada. Each scholarship winner receives full conference admission to the event and a one-year membership to the National Association of Photoshop Professionals, a total value of $599. NAPP President and best-selling author/speaker, Scott Kelby, said, “The PhotoshopWorld Scholarship Program was created to offer aspiring Photoshop artists an opportunity to learn from the leading Photoshop instructors in the industry. San Antonio Community College in Walnut, California; Northern Virginia Community College in Annandale, Virginia; Olympic College in Bremerton, Washington; Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona; Riverside Community College in Riverside, California; San Francisco State University in San Francisco; University of California in San Diego; University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota; West Valley Occupational Center in Woodland Hills, California; and AIU-Online. The 2004 PhotoshopWorld Conference & Expo will be held in San Francisco’s Moscone Center March 1-3, 2004.
